Can an on-line training experience be equal to in-person training?
Maybe not, but it can be close and it may provide other benefits. We have spent a good amount of time and effort customizing tools, improving infrastructure, and fine tuning our on-line training experience.
Some things you can expect:
Flexible time schedules and shorter days. The on-line aspect allows instruction in 4-hour days, reducing brain saturation. The extra time for processing helps with retention and provides an opportunity for clarification.
Our unique training platform integrates several customized tools to reduce the time-to-first-compile.
Exercises drive understanding and again our customized tools allow Michael to "wander the room" and help students individually.
Online courses are built around interaction and sharing. We are able to easily share code snippets and examples while increasing the group's understanding of key concepts.
